Yahoo Sports Staff Updated Sat, October 31, 2026 at 2:10 PM UTC About Our Ads Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement College football has seen back-to-back Saturdays with a plethora of upsets. Will we see even more chaos in Week 9?
The slate once again looks a little weak, but so did last week's schedule, when then-No. 2 BYU, No. 7 Ole Miss, No. 8 Texas Tech and No. 11 Tennessee all fell.
This Saturday kicks off with a Big 12 gem between No. 22 Arizona and now-No. 13 Texas Tech, in addition to what should be a slobberknocker in Iowa City between No. 25 Wisconsin and Iowa.
In the afternoon, the "World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party" takes center stage as No. 3 Georgia takes on No. 17 Florida in Atlanta. Elsewhere, No. 6 Utah will try to stay undefeated on the road at Cincinnati one week after the Bearcats took down Texas Tech at Nippert Stadium.
Then, in the nightcap, No. 2 Ohio State is Julian Sayin-less on the road against USC and will have to face the Trojans with a backup quarterback while Clemson and Florida State face each other in a grudge match where each coach desperately needs a win.
Auburn vs. Ole Miss, 12:45 p.m. ET (SECN)
Northwestern vs. Oregon, 3:30 p.m. ET (Peacock)
Miss State vs. Texas, 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN)

North Carolina head coach Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson broke up in late 2025, according to multiple reports.
The specifics of the breakup are unclear, including who initiated it, but it was apparently amicable enough that TMZ says they are told the pair remain "committed to their business partnerships and remain close friends."
