"She's like, 'It's too crazy down there, Florida fans and Georgia fans like fighting every week,' and stuff like that," he said. "So, my grandparents would stay with me, and she'd go down to the game."

Since 2023, the fifth-year center has played in three of the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party games. This will be his fourth.

His favorite memory from the near century long rivalry, however, isn't when he was a player. It was from 2012, when Jarvis Jones punched the ball out in the end zone as the Bulldogs upset the No. 2 Gators.

"I remember jumping up and down in the living room when Jarvis Jones got the punch out," he said.

Georgia (6-1) is an 11.5-point favorite over Florida (5-2) on Saturday, Oct. 31, at Mercedes Benz Stadium. This is one of a few times since 1933 the game is not being held in Jacksonville. It has consecutively been at EverBank Stadium since 1996 and will return there in 2028. From 1933-1993, minus the wartime interruption in 1943, it was held at the Gator Bowl Stadium — which was razed in 1994 to build what's now known as EverBank.
