Benny the Bernese Mountain Dog Gets Gift From Hotel Guest, and the Toy and Dog Are Inseparable

Some dogs have a favorite toy, but you’d be hard-pressed to find one who loves his stuffie as much as this guy. Benny, the Bernese Mountain Dog, doesn’t go anywhere without his goose plush. In the clip, we see him running through the snow, climbing the stairs, and showing off his animal. The post ends by thanking the gift giver for introducing Benny to his goose.
“One stuffed goose, one very happy Bernese. A year ago, a guest brought this little gift for Benny, and he hasn’t gone a single day without it since.” In the closing frames, the Berner shows off the plaything with: “You made his whole life,” as the overlay text.
“Just a Bernese Mountain Dog and his goose…” @Danonna summed up the video perfectly. “Soulmates,” the creator responded. It was @Veritas Vincit who had the best advice: “Be sure to get a 2nd identical emergency replacement goose, ASAP!!!”
Finally, another pet parent, @A.Girl.Named.Clyde, shared their story about the same stuffed goose, “There is legitimately something magic about the goose. We got our Daisy it for Christmas and it’s in the whelping box with her 2-week-old pups because it was her first ‘baby.'”

This adorably quaint hotel is the favorite spot of two beloved beasties, Benny and Reuben. These two seem to love playing on the property together and greeting guests. Of course, this all works even better with a goose toy in tow.
The place was built more than 150 years ago, and now it offers many opportunities for travelers to stay and meet the pups during their visits. Many must have enjoyed their time because the caption adds a nice coda to the tale.
